Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between Reliable Kid Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the client engaging the removal services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." By availing the removal services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

I. Booking confirmation is subject to acceptance of our quotation and payment of any required deposit.

​

II. Payment terms are as specified in the quotation. Full payment is due on or before the service date. We

accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

​

III. Additional charges may apply for services not initially outlined in the quotation.
 

​

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Deposits:

​

I. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date. A cancellation fee may apply.

​

II. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to the original service date.

​

III. Upon scheduling any service with Reliable Kid Ltd. Any request for payment of a deposit must be paid in full to confirm and secure any bookings made. Any deposits made are non-refundable. Any deposits made will be subtracted from the outstanding balance.

3. Service Specifics:

 

​

I. House Moves: The Company will perform packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services as specified in the agreed-upon quotation.

​

II. Waste Removal: The Company will dispose of waste in compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.

​

III. Deliveries: The Company will ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to the designated location.

5. Liability and Insurance:

 

​

I. The Company is not liable for damage caused by improper packing by the Client or normal wear and tear.

​

II. Clients are advised to inquire about insurance options to cover potential damages during transportation.

 

​

6. Client Responsibilities:
 

​

I. Clients must ensure access to the property for house moves, provide accurate directions, and inform the Company of any specific requirements.

​

II. Clients should ensure that items are packed securely for waste removal and provide accurate delivery details.


 

7. Delays:


 

I. The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to schedules, but unforeseen circumstances might lead to delays.

​

II. The Company is not responsible for any costs or inconveniences arising from delays beyond our control.


 

8. Damage Claims:

I. Clients must notify the Company in writing within 24 hours of the service date to report any damages.

​

II. Clients should provide photographs and detailed information regarding damaged items.

​

​

9. Indemnification:


 

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from the Client's actions or omissions during the services.


 

10. Termination:


 

The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client violates these terms or jeopardizes the safety of Company personnel or property.


 

11. Governing Law:


 

This agreement is governed by the laws of Manchester Crown Court, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester Crown Court.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement may be updated periodically, and the latest version will be accessible on our website.
